What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, professional e-mail, organisation and position (optional), reason and message. No other personal data is collected.
Why
To answer your request. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Retention
At most 24 months after the last exchange, then deletion.
Who has access
Only the site administrators within the AIARD Chair. Data is hosted in the European Union and is never sold or transferred.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookie or tracker. A single functional cookie remembers your language (aiard_lang, 12 months). Fonts are served by the site itself: no request is sent to a third party when you visit. Links to external videos (YouTube, INSA video platform) are only followed if you click them. Visits are measured with Umami, an open-source tool hosted on our own server: without cookies, without storing IP addresses or tracking you across sites, it only produces anonymous statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type), kept on this server and never passed to a third party.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data through the contact form, or contact the data protection officer of INSA Strasbourg. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
